PrometheusFC ("PrometheusFC", "we", "us") is a football predictions app operated by C0DEDNA LLC, a Texas limited liability company, United States, that builds apps and provides IT consulting, cloud computing and artificial intelligence services. This policy covers PrometheusFC only; C0DEDNA's other apps have their own policies. It explains what personal information we collect when you use the PrometheusFC app, our website and our beta-tester sign-up form, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your full name, email address, phone number, country, and a password. We store your password only in hashed form; we never see or store it in plain text.
- Profile choices: your favourite team, avatar frame and similar display settings.
- Prize-league details: if you join a prize league and request a payout, the email address of your PayPal account.
- Beta sign-up details: if you sign up to test the app through our sign-up form, your first and last name, email address, phone number, country and the platform you use (iPhone or Android).
- Messages you send us: feedback and support requests, and anything you include in them.
Information created when you use the app
- Your activity: the picks you track, the parlays you build, your virtual bankroll, quiz answers and scores, XP, coins, streaks, achievements, friends, battles, groups and favourites.
- Device and notification identifiers: push-notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and, on iPhone, Live Activity tokens, so we can send match alerts and live score cards to your device.
- Usage information: in-app events such as opening the app, the screens you visit and the app version you use.
- Crash and diagnostic reports: technical information about crashes and errors (Firebase Crashlytics).
Information we do not collect: we do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card details.
2. How we use your information
- to create and run your account and provide the app's features (picks, parlays, the virtual bankroll, the quiz, leaderboards, friends, battles and groups);
- to send you match alerts, live score cards and other notifications you can turn off in your device settings;
- to help you recover your account (we send password-reset codes by email or push notification);
- to run prize leagues and pay prizes to winners;
- to invite beta testers to TestFlight (iPhone) or Firebase App Distribution (Android), and to communicate about the beta;
- to keep the app secure, prevent fraud and cheating, and enforce our rules;
- to understand how the app is used, fix problems and improve the app and its predictions;
- to comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. What other users can see
Other PrometheusFC users can see your display name, avatar, and your results on leaderboards, in battles and in groups you join. Your email address, phone number and PayPal email are never shown to other users.
4. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run PrometheusFC, under agreements that limit how they may use it:
- Google Cloud: hosting, our database and backups (servers in the United States);
- Google Firebase: notifications (Cloud Messaging), usage analytics (Analytics), crash reports (Crashlytics) and Android beta distribution (App Distribution);
- Google Workspace, Google Forms and Google Sheets: email delivery and our beta sign-up form;
- Apple: iPhone notifications, Live Activities and TestFlight beta distribution;
- PayPal: prize payouts, only for users who request one.
The football data and odds providers we use receive no personal information about you.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety or property of our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
5. How long we keep information
We keep your account information and activity for as long as your account is open.
- When you delete your account in the app, your account and the information tied to it are deleted straight away.
- When you ask us by email, we delete it within 30 days.
- What we keep after a deletion: weekly prize-league results (the week, the position, the XP and any prize) without your name, email or phone; for a prize that was paid, its date, amount and PayPal payment reference, for tax and accounting purposes.
- Usage analytics and crash reports are kept by Google for up to 14 months. Deleting your account stops the app linking any further data to you; data already collected stays with Google, under an account number that no longer leads to you, until Google's retention period ends.
- Beta sign-up details are kept until the beta ends or you ask us to remove them.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. You can:
- edit your profile details in the app;
- turn off notifications in your device settings;
- delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account, or by emailing prometheusfc@c0dedna.com from the email address on your account.
We will respond to requests within 30 days. If you are in Kenya, you have the rights given by the Data Protection Act, 2019, and may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
7. International transfers
PrometheusFC is operated from the United States, and our servers are in the United States. If you use the app from elsewhere, including Kenya, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on our service providers' safeguards for these transfers.
8. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted access to our systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere.
9. Age limit
PrometheusFC is intended for people aged 18 and over, because it involves betting odds and prize contests. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
